Are you one of the millions of Americans who help someone else by providing companionship, preparing meals, running errands, driving to doctor appointments or by simply doing whatever needs to be done to assist someone who is ill or frail?
"There are only four kinds of people in the world: Those who have been caregivers, those who currently are caregivers, those who will be caregivers, and those who will need caregivers."
— Rosalynn Carter
