Informing and Supporting Our Community
As part of our social mission, The Hospice of the Florida Suncoast plays an
important role tending to public policy issues that affect the people we serve.
Much of the current legislation that supports quality end-of-life care was driven
by community hospices and their volunteers, employees and advocates. In keeping
with this rich history, we strive to inform and engage our community as well as
decision-makers to help ensure that our ability to serve those in need is never
diminished.
