Located at Palms of Pasadena Hospital in the heart of southern Pinellas
County, Hospice House Palms offers a comfortable atmosphere for you
and your visitors. A chapel, 24-hour lounge and snack area and other
comforts welcome residents, family and friends – and you’ll receive the
attentive, personalized care of your hospice team.
Coming Soon – Hospice House Brookside
Hospice House Brookside is being built for the community of North Pinellas
County. The 25 bed residence will provide the same home setting and skilled,
compassionate care for which The Hospice is known.
