A nationally-recognized expert and leader in hospice and palliative care programs and services for children and their families. Stacy is an accomplished speaker, trainer and author who has been published in a number of journals and books. She has a doctorate in organizational leadership.

Stacy joined The Hospice of the Florida Suncoast (The Hospice) in 1990 as a Child and Family Support Program (CFSP) counselor. Three years later, she was promoted to CFSP manager, serving in that capacity for 12 years. She next became director of Palliative Care and Children’s services. Today Stacy serves as vice president of palliative care and community programs, working to ensure that the community has easy access to these programs. Stacy also is actively involved in aiding The Hospice’s sister hospice in Soweto, South Africa.
