PACE (Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly)

Suncoast Neighborly Care, Inc. provides a full range of home and health care services, including PACE (Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly) which enables seniors to remain safe and comfortable in their own homes. Each potential PACE member is assessed to determine his/her individual needs. Then PACE coordinates, provides, and supervises all of the home and healthcare services.

PACE allows senior citizens to maximize their independence, and dignity. Once enrolled in the program, members participate in treatment decisions and have a choice of providers (in addition to the services offered directly from PACE) with PACE coordinating various health services to ensure comprehensive, long-term-focused care.
