is available to any caregiver in the community. The person you are caring for does not have to be a Suncoast Hospice | Empath Health patient.

In addition, one-to-one counseling is also available for persons adjusting to a new diagnosis or prognosis or living with a serious illness. The intake process is very simple and requires the caller to provide some basic demographic information. The intake specialist will also discuss the fee with you and make arrangements for the next available appointment with a counselor or guide you through group support offerings
