Community Service Center Locations

Suncoast Hospice operates three service centers, located in the north, mid and south sections of Pinellas County. Each provides care, support and educational programs that meet the needs unique to the surrounding neighborhood and people who live there. Our service center activities and events are open to anyone in the community, and each campus has ample space available for meetings, forums and special events.

Our north county community service center has the look and feel of a Key West home, with grounds that feature a rose garden, water fountains and nature boardwalk.

This service center houses five interdisciplinary hospice care teams and a library, and offers on-site activities, programs and services that range from grief counseling to volunteer projects, educational opportunities to community forums.

Our mid-county community service center is located on 23 acres of wooded campus surrounding a peaceful pond. Its central location promotes easy access from all areas of the Tampa Bay area and encourages active participation from local businesses and organizations.

This service center houses seven interdisciplinary hospice care teams, a library, the Children and Family Support Program and a variety of other programs, services and volunteer opportunities, as well as a gathering space for hosting large meetings and events. Its restorative setting reflects the Suncoast Hospice mission and enhances our healing work throughout the community.

scsc.bmpOur St. Petersburg south community service center embraces the rich heritage of south Pinellas County. Its 34,000-square-foot bungalow style reflects the design of many of the homes that surround it, creating a setting where all who enter feel comforted and supported.

This community service center houses five interdisciplinary hospice care teams, and offers several on-site activities, programs and services that range from grief counseling to volunteer projects, educational opportunities to community forums.
 

Hospice Houses

Suncoast Hospice Houses are about living every day as a gift. Hospice houses are home – and as home should be, they are designed with comfort, family and relaxation in mind. All hours are visiting hours and snack time is whenever you want it to be… After all, it’s your home.

Surrounded by nature and equipped with the amenities of home, Suncoast Hospice Houses provide a warm and caring environment with around-the-clock care for you and support for visiting family members and friends. 

When you are able to regain control of your pain and symptoms, you may choose to move back home or to other facilities.

Suncoast Hospice Houses are located in Palm Harbor, Pinellas Park and downtown St. Petersburg.
